7th Annual Benefit

The RRFA community has a remarkable history of generosity, raising over $125,000 for charitable causes through our annual Fun Run & Silent Auction.

In 2026, we're excited to channel that energy towards the Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue.

"Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue is a foster-based nonprofit committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming Great Pyrenees and Pyr mixes across Texas. For 25 years, we’ve helped thousands of these independent guardians, from one of the most ancient breeds, find safety, healing, and loving homes through a trusted network of volunteers, fosters, and adopters. From emergency care for injured or ill dogs, to abandoned litters and forgotten moms, and last-chance seniors; our mission is to help them find their happily ever after. 100% volunteer-run. 100% donation-funded. 100% floof-powered. Donate exciting items to the RRFA Silent Auction! We welcome donations of anything from Big Green Eggs and electronics to unique experiences and gift baskets. Bring your item to the convention or send a photo for display and ship it to the winner later. RRFA will provide donation letters for tax purposes. To donate, check "Yes" on your registration or email jennifer@rotorooterok.com with the item's name, description, and value.

The Silent Auction opens Tuesday evening at the Welcome Reception and closes Thursday, with winners announced at the final banquet. Items will be showcased on the event app. ADNP donations accepted via QR code/app link during Thursday's Fun Run/Walk.

We ask that vendors register no later than May 4, 2026 so the Event Team has time to create the Vendor Franchise One-to-One Meeting Schedules. Please be sure to complete all information so your total will calculate for payment.

Exhibitor Booth

A 6' table with four chairs will be assigned to you for both Vendor | Franchise One-to-One Meeting sessions with a tabletop sign reflecting your logo. You are welcome to bring your own table linen, marketing materials or any give away items that can be accommodated on your table only. You may also bring a standard sized pop up banner that will easily fit in between the tables and not obstruct view.

The VIP Guided Tours will give Cowboy fans a chance to experience the place where the Dallas Cowboys train and work 355 days of the year. The Star Tours are the ultimate behind the scenes experience. Cowboys Golf Club:

Etched into the rolling hills of Grapevine, Texas, the Cowboys Golf Club is distinguished as the first and only NFL-themed golf club in the world.

Breakfast, lunch, all snacks, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and golf included in the price. ** Need to clarify the beverage cart. Club rentals are available starting for $99 which includes two sleeves of Taylormade balls and a glove. To make rental arrangements, players can call the pro shop at 817-481-7277.

Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 45 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. There will be no refunds once the event starts.
